Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you full control over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward emails from one mail account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailboxes against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you want to forward e-mails from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
